Meet Moxie! Our sweet, adorable and loving little girl! It is difficult to put into words just how amazing our experience was, and continues to be, with Yvonne at Clover Ranch! Prior to choosing a breeder, we did a lot of research and spoke with a number of other breeders. Clover Ranch immediately stood out from all the others. During our first conversation, I knew right away that Clover Ranch was the breeder for us. Our first visit to their Ranch only confirmed this. We had the privilege of meeting all of the chocolate labs there. In addition to being absolutely stunning, they all had such amazing temperaments and were incredibly social and loving with us. It was obvious to us that Yvonne and her family put a lot of effort into raising and taking care of their dogs.
Now the puppies! We had a chance to see the puppies with their mom at 5 weeks of age. What amazes us the most, is that even after breeding chocolate labs for many years, Yvonne and her family still love and cherish each and every individual puppy and treat it as a member of their family. We loved that the mom and puppies were inside the house with the Zindel family! As a result, we got to bring home a very well adjusted, confident and happy puppy, who has turned out to be the most amazing addition to our family!
Moxie has brought so much joy to our lives! Even through the testing times of raising an energetic puppy, she has made us laugh and smile every day. She is an excellent foot warmer (she likes to lay right on top of our feet), is incredibly smart, unbelievably curious, wonderful around other dogs and people and will do ANYTHING for one tiny piece of her kibble. Yvonne and I often enjoy exchanging funny stories about Moxie and Mia (a puppy that she kept from the same litter). Yvonne’s involvement and care has extended beyond us taking Moxie home. She has been unbelievably helpful in so many ways since we have brought her home! She genuinely cares about all of the puppies that have been placed in homes.
On our walks or while at the dog park, many people have stopped to admire Moxie. They are all amazed at her looks and personality and want to know which breeder we got her from. It is with confidence and pride that I tell everyone we were lucky enough to get her from Clover Ranch! Moxie has such a fun loving attitude! She absolutely must stop to say hello to every single person we pass on our walks. I am still amazed at how friendly and social she is. To this day, I don’t think it would be possible to find a breeder that cares more than Yvonne and her family at Clover Ranch!
Since I was quite young, I had dreamed of having a Chocolate Lab one day. Never did I imagine how wonderful and special it would be. For this, we thank Yvonne and the entire Clover Ranch family. Not only have they given us the privilege of raising one of their incredible puppies, but they made the entire experience one that we will never forget.
